    The Committee on Health and Human Resources moves to amend the bill on page two, section one, line three, after the word “authorized”, by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“with the following amendment:

    On page 3, subdivision 2.13, by removing the period and inserting the following, ‘Bed and Breakfast Inn.’”
